Dissecting Lymphomagenesis
Our lab investigates how MZL and DLBCL arise. Using chromatin profiling, 3D genome analysis, and preclinical models we dissect the non-canonical convergence of these two pathways and identify novel therapeutic vulnerabilities.
Rare Extranodal Marginal Zone Lymphomas
We maintain large clinical databases of MZL and DLBCL cases including clinical but also genetic information. This is highly relevant for translational purposes to understand disease patterns in patients.
Therapeutic Targeting
We translate mechanistic insights into preclinical therapeutic strategies, including small molecules and combination approaches. A key focus is reprogramming the tumor microenvironment from cold to hot to enhance immune responses.
